Context
Information on employment and skills comes from sources with different characteristics, quality levels and update frequencies. To make it useful, it must be collected over time, harmonised, used to connect occupations and skills, and made available to teams through analysis. The challenge was to build a reliable chain from collected data to decision support, going beyond a dashboard.

Digital Place helped define the data flows and designed an architecture combining business interfaces, APIs, collection services and analytical components. The work covered ingestion and normalisation pipelines, the integration of linguistic modules, data management and business intelligence reporting. The team also handled environment preparation, containerised delivery, commissioning and the documented application maintenance.
