Context
Support teams manage several connected flows: records, interventions, activities, scheduling and administrative information. When these processes rely on separate tools, continuity of follow-up becomes difficult. The need was for a business application bringing these functions together while preserving their individual requirements.
Digital Place intervention
Digital Place intervention
Digital Place translated follow-up and organisational processes into coherent application modules. The work covered modelling records and activities, management interfaces, scheduling, and the administrative and budgetary functions described in the dossier. The team also developed the reporting functions needed for day-to-day activity management.
Architecture
Architecture
Follow-up, scheduling and administration modules share structured business information. Interfaces give teams consistent access to records and activities, while reporting consolidates the elements needed for monitoring.
Engineering decisions
Engineering decisions
Design around journeys rather than placing tools side by side.
The system’s organisation connects individual follow-up, activities and management functions within a common environment.
