Context

Context

Operational interventions depend on the availability of the equipment and items needed to carry them out. When this information is spread across tools, scheduling and follow-up become difficult. The project aimed to bring these functions together in a solution consistent with field practices.

Digital Place intervention

Digital Place intervention

Digital Place analysed intervention management and stock tracking processes, then designed and developed an application combining both areas. The team developed management functions, operational interfaces and tracking mechanisms. The attested scope also includes hosting, assistance and technical and functional maintenance.

Architecture
