Context

Managing a programme involving several activities requires comparable, regularly updated information. The challenge is not limited to producing dashboards: it begins with organising data entry, monitoring processes and data quality.

Digital Place intervention

Digital Place defined the uses and translated monitoring processes into application functionality. The teams developed collection and management interfaces, consolidation processes and business intelligence reporting. The assignment also covered technical coordination, industrialisation and the documented production launch of the system.

Architecture

Activity and indicator collection feeds a consolidation pipeline. Application services and BI tools make the results accessible to programme managers.
