Context
Observing occupations over time requires more than a statistical snapshot. Sources must be brought together, textual information organised and indicators interpreted in context. The project focused on a monitoring and foresight system capable of supporting successive analyses using heterogeneous data.

Digital Place intervention
Across several iterations, Digital Place designed and developed functions for collecting, extracting and preparing employment and skills data. The work connected linguistic processing, analytical methods and reporting for business teams. The engineering challenge was to make these components work together rather than deliver isolated processes.
