Context

Support programmes rely on exchanges between people, resources and activities that unfold over time. Digital facilitation needs a clearer organisation than a showcase website placed alongside informal channels. The project had to connect community, mentoring and learning content through accessible journeys.

Digital Place intervention

Digital Place helped define the audiences, designed journeys and developed web and mobile services. The work covered presenting initiatives, sharing experiences, community exchanges and access to training resources. It also addressed content administration and the programme’s operational needs.

Architecture

A content and journey platform is accessible on the web and through adapted mobile uses. Community and learning functions are organised around centralised administration.
