Context

Context

A request and quotation journey connects public screens, calculation rules, documents and internal team actions. Information and access rights must remain consistent throughout. The project concerned a platform able to connect these elements without multiplying data entry and tools.

Digital Place intervention

Digital Place intervention

Digital Place designed the architecture of a simulation portal, its APIs and a management back office. Development covered user journeys, simulation services, administrative functions and document generation. The work also included CRM integration, session and role management, and preparation of the application environment.

Architecture

Architecture

Portal interfaces communicate with backend services responsible for business rules, persistence and integrations. Internal commercial tracking functions rely on these same exchanges and on the CRM.

Engineering decisions

Engineering decisions

  1. Separate public journeys from business rules.

Calculation and integration functions remain in application services so interfaces and administration use consistent logic.
