Context

Recruitment involves several participants, each with their own information and decision stages. Vacancies and profiles must be handled coherently, with spaces adapted to candidates and HR teams. The challenge was to design an application system organising this process from end to end.

Digital Place intervention

Digital Place designed the platform, its journeys and administration functions. Development covered publishing and tracking vacancies, candidate profiles, applications and their processing, interview organisation, and HR and employee spaces. The documented services also include hosting, training, assistance and maintenance.

Several application spaces — candidates, recruiters and administration — are connected through business functions and access rights adapted to each participant’s responsibilities.
