ENGINEERING PROJECT
Agentic AI platform and multilingual assistants
A reusable application foundation for integrating assistants with the knowledge and services of an information system.
Discuss your projectContext
Context
Business assistants can share technical needs while serving different user journeys: knowledge access, service use, languages and authorisations. Building each assistant as an isolated application would multiply connectors and maintenance operations. The project therefore focused on a common architecture combining conversational components and application integration.
Digital Place intervention
Digital Place intervention
Digital Place designed a modular platform serving several assistants and developed the components they need: document processing, indexing, knowledge retrieval and orchestration services. The work included integration APIs, user interfaces, knowledge administration and application mechanisms for access management and logging. The whole system was prepared and integrated in a preproduction environment.
Architecture
Architecture
The foundation separates conversational interfaces, journey orchestration, knowledge search services and connectors to business applications. This separation supports component sharing and controlled exchanges with the information system.
Engineering decisions
Engineering decisions
Share components while preserving distinct uses.
Assistants share infrastructure and common services while retaining their own business journeys and access rules.
