Context

Context

An institution’s information is often spread across services, sections and documents. Users need to find the right answer or journey quickly; teams need to retain control of content and updates. The project had to reconcile these requirements in several languages.

Digital Place intervention

Digital Place intervention

Digital Place designed and developed an assistant combining natural language dialogue, guided navigation and access to an administrable document knowledge base. The teams worked on journeys, interfaces, orchestration services and information search components. Application integration was designed alongside content management so the assistant would not depend solely on generated answers without editorial control.

Architecture

Architecture

Interfaces provide two complementary modes: conversation and structured guidance. Orchestration services communicate with an administered knowledge layer and the APIs needed for institutional journeys.

Engineering decisions

Engineering decisions

  1. Combine conversational answers with explicit navigation.

Users can express requests freely while finding a path to the information and services organised by the institution.
